Products may be returned within thirty days of delivery in their original packaging and unused condition. Items must include all tags, accessories, and documentation to qualify for a full return or exchange.
Perishable goods, personal care items, gift cards, digital products, and customized merchandise cannot be returned or refunded unless received damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.
To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions for sending the item back.
Refunds are processed within five to seven business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method used during the purchase.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within forty-eight hours with photographs. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund including any shipping charges incurred.
Exchanges are available for items of equal or lesser value subject to stock availability. For items of greater value, you will be required to pay the difference before the exchange can be processed.
Partial refunds may be granted for items returned with minor signs of use, missing components, or items returned after the thirty-day window at our discretion based on the product condition assessment.
Return shipping is free for defective or incorrectly shipped items. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the order qualifies for our free returns program.
Orders may be cancelled free of charge within two hours of placement. After this window, orders that have entered processing or shipping cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return procedure.
